부사절

부사(=기능) + 절(구조 s+v)

"접속사 S2+V2"

1) 시간부사절

종류: when as while before after until since , as soon as, as long as, by the time, once, each time, every time, whenever

* before

접속사/전치사/부사 로 사용가능하다.

- It will not be long before S2+V2 /명사

머지않아 S 가 V 한다.

It will not be long before it starts to rain.

It was not long before I regretted.

* She had not read the first two chapters before she fell asleep.

: had not p.p 수량 before : ~채 도 못해서 ~하다.

* He had not gone a mile before he fell down.

- he had not passed 3days before he started smoking again,

* when he will help her with it, I will surely pay for it.

여기서 will 은 의지미래

when 절에서 시제 will 은 X 로 한다.

after it will rains (X)

* It was not long before = soon.

* since 접속사/전치사 로 사용.

접속사: ~이후로 , 때문에

전치사: ~ 이후로

이후로 , 이래로 (지점-부사절,기간-주절) 그가 돌아온 이후 나는 안정적이다.

* 구조

S1+ have, has , had p.p

S1 + have has had been p.p

S1 + have has had been ing

+ since S2+V2 (과저시제)

*until (=till) ~할때까지 접속사/전치사로 사용

I will stay here until you call me.

* Please turn in your equipment until I come back (X) 틀린문장

turn in : 완료성 동사와 어울릴수 없다.

until에서 V1 은 지속 계속서 동사와 어울려 사용한다.

따라서 위의 문장은 until 대신에 by the time을 사용한다.

* not ... unti -B 할때까지는 -A하지 않는다. V1 하고 난다음에서야 V2하다.

- He did not the know that you were here until they let him know.

- We don't appreciate the value of time until we've run out of it.

* It is not until ~ A that B

that을 반드시 찾아.

not until = only after = only when

A 하고 난다음에서야 비로서 B하다.

* Not until ~A B( 의문문순서로 도치)

* Only after ~A B(의문문어순)

that 은 생략되어진다.

부사절의 광범이한 표현을 배운다는것에 희열을 느낍니다.

이제는 예문을 보고 해석하고 좋아한다기 보다 문장구조를 한눈에 보게 되는 것이 뿌뜻하다.

5. 구체적인 후기 :

최영단 강좌 겸해서 강의 수강을 해야겠다. 단어만 가지고 짜깁기 소설을 쓰는 것 말고 문장 구조를 파악해서 뒷구조를 예측하는 영어공부가 중요한것같다
