1. 선생님 영영사전에 Worth your/its salt : deserving respect , especially because you do your job well ㅡ> Any teacher worth her salt knows that. teacher와 worth사이에 who is가 생략된것 맞나요?
2. She is milking her success for all it's worth. 이 구조에서는 it's worth가 관계사절로 명사 all을 수식하는것 맞나요?ㅜㅜ
3. Worth somebody's while : interesting or useful for somebody to do ㅡ> He'll do the job if you make it worth his while.
make의 타목 it은 무엇을 뜻하는건가요...? make의 5형식 목보로 형용사 worth가 나온것 맞나요? 그리고 be worth 다음에 his while이 나올수 있는데 be동사없이 worth 다음에 어떻게 his while이 나온건가요?ㅠㅠ |
