명사절에 관게사절이 합쳐진 모습입니다 communicate A to B 구조에서 도치되어 a 가 뒤로 빠졌구요 원래는 what you want to hear 인데 그것을 it is ..that 으로 강조했어요 그래서 what it is (that) you want to hear 가 되었어요
