Although a speech can be effective , all the words in the world cannot measure up to the example of a leader , especially in communicating new behaviors and values. There is often no more effective way to help people understand the message than to have it modeled for them by the manager.

비교급이 생성되기 이전의 두 문장으로 나누어보면

첫째 . There is effective way to help people understand the message.

둘째 . There is effective way to have it modeled for them

            by the manager. 

 이렇게 되는것 맞나요? 두 문장이 한 문장으로 합쳐지고~

공통 부분이 지워지면서

첫째 문장에 no more라는 부정 비교급이 붙으면서 두번째

문장이 첫번째 문장보다 더 우위에 있다는걸 나타내어주는

것이 맞는지 부탁좀 드립니다 ㅠㅠㅠ
