which 는 전치사 to 의 목적어 맞습니다 / 앞에 나온 the supreme practical science 와 that 을 동격으로 받았구요 다시 뒤에서 관계사절을 만드는데 be subordinate to -에 종속되다
에서 앞으로 to 가 간것입니다
