이렇게 분석해서

통제된 실험은 조사아래에서 그 항목을 제외하고 어떤것이 또한 일정할때 발생한다.

이렇게 해석하는것이 맞는 건가요?

저는 under investigation과 but the item이 전+명이라고 봐서 S2와 V2사이에 들어온거라고 분석했습니다.

위에 문장에서 a scientist trying to이후로 and로 병렬 연결을 했는데 determine whether saccharine causes cancer in rats하고 only vary the amount of saccharine 으로 병렬 연결되었다고 보았습니다. 이렇게 보면 will hold "other things equal" 이거는 어디서 나온건지.... 동사같은데...
