다름이 아니라 , 선생님께서 강의중에
Mr.Mitchell inspects the production floor regularly to monitor and continually control the working conditons of the employees.
이문제를 통해서 등위접속사를 설명해 주셨는데
monitor and control 이 연결되어서
continually 가 control만을 수식하기때문에
monitor and continually control 이렇게 쓰였다 라고 설명하셨습니다.
그런데 monitor와 control 둘다 to infinitive 인데
결국엔 앞에 regularly의 공통적으로 수식을 받게 되는 것입니까?
그럼 해석이나. 번역을 할때,
규칙(정기)적으로 감시하기위해, 그리고 (규칙적이고) 지속적으로 관리하기위해서
이런식으로 의미가 통하게 이해해야 되는 것입니까?

원래 이글을 제대로 쓰려면 to regularly monitor and continually control 로 가야 합니다 그런데 원어민들끼리는 이렇게 써도 서로 이해하는 바가 상통하므로 등위구조에서 상당한 응용성을 발휘한 것입니다
