This island, which is called Jejudo, is famous for its beautiful beaches. 여기에서

which is의 is와 is famous for의 is 동사는 앞에 있는 this island에 수일치를 시키면 되는건가요? is famous for는 이해가 가는데 which is의 is가 잘 이해가 안되어서요.

관계대명사 that, who, which 등은 주격으로 사용될 때 그 수를 선행사인 명사와 동일한 것으로 보면 됩니다
즉 this island 가 선행사이니 단수로 보시고 ㅡis ㅡ를 사용하면 됩니다
