2형식

S + Vi + Complement : 주어의 정보를 보충해주는 방법

C – 명사,명사류(대명사, to VR, Ving,That절)

    형용사 (ing, pp)

    : 정체, 신분, 성질, 상태가 어떤가.~~

1.     존재, 상태, 신분  “~~ 이다.”

Be 동사 (is, am, are, was, were..) + 명사류, 형용사(pp, ing) 전체 다 올 수 있음

2.     변화, 추이 “~~되다”

Become류 동사 (go, get, grow…..) + 주로 명사, 형용사(pp, ing)

    = go, get, grow, make, turn, run, fall, come

3.     상태의 유지  “~~(상태로) 유지하다.”

= stay, keep, remain + 형용사(pp, ing)

4.     판명과 입증과 관련된 “~~보이다, ~판명(입증)되다.”

= seem, appear (~~보이다), prove, turn out (~ 판명/입증 되다)

Be  + 모두다                 come + 형(pp, ing)           look + 형(pp, ing)

Become + 명,대명,형(pp, ing)   make + 명사류,형(pp, ing)    sound + 형(pp, ing)

Go + 형(pp, ing)               remain + 명사류,형(pp, ing)   smell + 형(pp, ing)

Get + 형(pp, ing)               keep + 형(pp, ing)           taste + 형(pp, ing)

Grow + 형(pp, ing)             stay + 형(pp, ing)            feel + 형(pp, ing)

Turn + 명(일부),형(pp, ing)      seem + 명(일부),형(pp, ing)   turn out + to VR

Run + 형(pp, ing)              appear + to VR               prove + to VR

Fall + 명(일부), 형(pp, ing)

l  Look/ sound / smell / taste /feel + 형(pp, ing)  ~ 하게 V하다

+like + 명사  ~처럼 V하다

+as if 마치 주어가 ~하는 것처럼 V인다

+as though

l  Feel + 형 –촉감 : 느껴진다. His skin feels so soft. 그의피부는 매우 부드럽게 느껴진다.

                 - 감정 : 느끼다. He feels so happy. 그는 매우 행복해 한다

*  S + seem / remain / turn out / prove +to VR

    To VR로 to be 가 오면 다시 형용사,명사류를 받을 수 있으며 중복되는 개념의

    to be 는 생략이 가능하다.

l  Be 동사와 Become 동사

She was ill.

She has became well again.

She was a patient.

She has become a superhero again.

Be 동사

My wish is to pass the test.  To VR

My job is assistant doctors.  명사

His idea is that we are too young.  that 절

I am tied.  Pp

My wish is to live in scenic beauty. To VR

Become 류 동사  + 명, 형용사(pp, ing)   ~(상태변화,추이) 되다.

Come

His dream will come true. 그의 꿈은 진실한상태가 될것이다. 실현될것이다

That kind of thing comes natural to me.

The string came undone.(done의 반대말) came undone :원상태로 되돌리다.

Become

He has become one of the great figures in his country.

I want to become a nice wife.

Go

She went blind at the age of four.

This milk will go bad within a few hours.

Get

The man get fatter as he become older.

Please don’t get so hard on me. 

~get hard on + some one/body ~에게 가혹하게(거칠게)굴다

       Grow

       The days are getting shorter after July.

       When he grew rich, he decided to stop working and look for Troy.

       Run

       My blood ran cold when I saw her face.

        Ran cold = get a goose flesh : 소름돋다. 오싹해지다.

       Fall

       When he fell dead, the world cried over his death.

       He easily falls asleep.

       He fell sick after he had spent a week tending the patient.

       He will also fall victim to your egoism.

         Fall victim to ~에 희생양(자)가 되다.

      Make (1~5형식으로 다사용)

      1형식 S + make for (go/toward) 목적지 “~로 향해 가다.”

      2형식 S + make + C ( 명, 형) ~ 되다.

      He finally made the team and was welcomed by everybody.

        Make the team : 팀이 되다.

      I promise you to make a nice husband.

      Remain (=stay, keep) + 형 : 유지개념 ~유지되다

      I will remain (to be) one of your true friend.

      The village remained the same as it had been.

      The river will remain (to be) dangerous for a few days after the heavy rainfall.
