soak + 명사 : 담그다, 적시다, 액체를 빨아들이다

* readily = easily

soak ( 자동사 ) : 젖다, 물에 잠기다 

She let the clothers soak in soapy water 

sound ( 형용사 ) : 결실한, 견고한, 건강한

soundly ( 부사 ) : ( 잠든 모양이 ) 깊이, 견실하게, 철저히, 확고히
