teacher와 worth사이에 who is가 생략된것 맞나요?

make의 타목 it은 무엇을 뜻하는건가요...?

make의 5형식 목보로 형용사 worth가 나온것 맞나요?

그리고 be worth 다음에 his while이 나올수 있는데

be동사없이 worth 다음에 어떻게 his while이 나온건가요?ㅠㅠ
