독신-2 6번째 지문중

There was one word the meaning of which I still remembered, water.

이문장에서 선행사는 one word이고 뒤에오는 the meaning은 remembered의 목적어가 앞으로 나온 건가요??

또 콤마뒤에 water는 one word의 동격인거죠??

The question arose who was to receive him

여기서 Who이하의 명사절이 the question에 동격으로 쓰이나요??  that이 완성절을 받은 형태가 아니라, 이렇게 who명사절이 나와서 동격을 나타내주는 구조가 생소합니다.

 한가지 더, 문법에서 배운적 없는 개념이라 옳은지 그 여부에 대해 질문드립니다.

 만약에 worte앞에 콤마를 쓴다면 틀린 문장이라고 하는데 그 이유가 설명하는 부분이 앞으로 나와서라고 합니다. 반대로 설명하는 부분의 동격이 뒤에 나올때는 콤마를 찍어야 한다는데 이런 문법사항이 있는게 맞나요??
