The lesson is that even when bosses can't s stop bad things from happening to people, less damage results when they carefully explain what will happen and why  (that절 구조에서 주절 주어를 less damage 동사를 results로 파악했습니다.)

  even if절에서 if가 생략되고 even만 나온걸로 파악은 했는데 그 뒤구조가 다시 when절로 나왔습니다.

저는 even (if) when S V ~,(S V~) , less damage results when they ~의 구조로 파악했는데 이런 경우 제 분석처럼 양보절 속에 주절이 생략된 구조인가요?? 

아니면 even when 구조 자체가 하나의 부사절로 쓰이는 구조가 있는건가요??
