1. I have been on edge all week about my job interview. 한 주 내내 라는 표현은 all week 인가요? all weeks 가 문법적으로 맞는 표현아닌가요?? 2. Hundreds of lives (will/would) be at stake if emergency rescue does not arrive soon. 이문장에서 will/wolud 둘다 된다고 생각하는데 무슨 차이가 있나요??

네 all week , all day, all night 등의 용법으로 내내 라는 의미가 있습니다
will,would 둘 다 됩니다
would 를 쓰면 이 상황을 좀 더 가정적으로 바라보는 뉘앙스 입니다
