It is not the words that matter so much as the way

 you say them.

1. it be that 강조구문 같은데.. it be that을 지우면

완전한 문장이 되어야 하잖아요~????

it be that 지우고 문장을 완성시켜보면..

not the words so much as the way you say them matter.

이렇게 되는것 맞나요???

2. not A so much as B 가 주어자리에서 활용된 건가요?

    복수동사 matter가 왔는데 not A so much as B 일때

    수일치는 A에 맞추어야 하는지요?

    의미가 A라기 보다는 B 이니깐 B가 실질적인 주어

    같아서요 ... A는 words라는 복수명사이고

     B는 the way라는 단수명사인데 

    동사는 matter이라는 복수동사이고..헷갈립니다...
