The bad weather notwithstanding, the event was a great success. 부사구 부분 질문입니다ㅜㅜnotwithstanding이 전치사인데 전치사의 짝이 앞으로 도치된 모양인가요?

원래 이 단어는 분사에서 왔습니다 따라서 notwithstanding the weather 가 정상어순이지만 분사이므로 후치수식적으로 뒤에서 사용하는 경우가 드물게 있씁니다 정상어순은 앞에 not.. 을 사요합니다
