타미 선생님. 관계부사 when의 선행사가 after the loss of a close family member라고 나와있는데요. 전치사+명사 덩어리가 선행사가 될수 있나요? 그리고 이때는 콤마찍고 쓰는 계속적용법인지요...?
we were about to start , when it began to rain. 이 문장에서도 관계부사 when의 선행사가 we were about to start라는 절이라고 하는데요. 관계대명사 which처럼 ""절"" 이 관계부사의 선행사가 될수 있나요?

선행사의 확대라고 하는데 시간적 의미를 가지는 부사나 부사구도 선행사가 될 수 있습니다. 이때는 콤마찍는 계속적 용법만 가능합니다. 이것은 착각한 것 같습니다 이것은 관계사절이라기 보다는 시간의 부사절입니다 즉 when it began to rain, we were about ... 이런 구조도 가능하기 때문입니다
