  What 이 관계형용사로 쓰이면 그것이 문장내에서 명사역할을 하고.

  결국에는 명사절이 되는 것이므로

    I spend what money I had. 여기서 what은 명사절을 이끄는 접속사라고

  불러도 되는건가요??

접속사 + money 를 꾸미는 역할 까지 같이 합니다. 궁극적으로 what 이 유도하는 절은 명사절이 됩니다
