Unfortunately, multitasking is one of the surest ways to waste time. Our efficiency plumments when we try to juggle even two simple tasks at the same time. a psychologist asked students to identify both colored crosses and geometice shapes, such as triangles and circles. At first, this task seemed laughably simple but they changed their minds when they realized how slow they were. The participants needed almost a second of reaction time to press a button when they saw colored crosses and shapes at the same time. But if the students were asked to spot first the crosses, and then the forms, the process went almost twice as quickly.

탐선생님, juggle이라는 단어를 사전에서 공부해보니 juggle with+명 이렇게 자주 쓰이는데 물론 juggle+명도 있긴 합니다만...... 위 문장에선 후자의 경우인가용? 혹시 simple tasks가 추가적으로 들어간 말인가해서.....
