공부를 하다가 궁금한 것이 있어서 문의드립니다. the CEO is seriously considering hiring more emplyees 이 문장인데요.. considering 이 동명사로 쓰인건가요..? 분사로 쓰인건가요..? 동명사로 보면 맞는 것 같긴한데.. 분사로보면 이해가 안되고.. 어떤 것이 맞는 것인가요..? 알려주세요..

분사로 사용된 것입니다 앞의 비동사와 함께 --하는 중이다 입니다
동명사는 --하는 것이다 라는 의미가 되어 주어와 행위를 동격으로 잡을때 사용합니다 my job is driving a taxi 는 동명사기오 he is driving a taxi 는 진행시제의 분사입니다
