then 은 접속부사라고 하는데 접속사처럼 절과 절을 연결할 수 있습니다. and 와 의미상의 차이는 조건이나 시간상 다음 차례를 말할 때 사용합니다. 한국어로 '그리고 나서' 정도입니다. and then 처럼 사용할 수 도 있고 then 만 써도 됩니다.
