plus 는 명사, 형용사 , 전치사 ,접속사로 사용되며 여기서는 뒤에 명사를 받아서 전치사로 사용되었고 의미는 and 혹은 in addtion to 입니다 all the staff memnbers and surplus 라고 보시면 됩니다
