what messages of hope 는 deliver 의 목적어부에 해당되는데 접속사 what 에 의해 이끌려 앞으로 나간것이고 on 의 공통의 목적어입니다 명사절을 유도한 접속사입니다 / remain of 가 하나의 동사구입니다. 그 식물에서 남아있는 것을 보존하라

it 은 바로 and 앞의 내용을 말합니다 즉 먹혀진 식물에서 남아있는 것을 보존하여 그것을 의사가 보게 하라 라는 것입니다
