-after + S + V ~한 후

After I reatire, I will move to the rural area.

-before + S + V ~하기전에

Before I retire, Iwill save some money for my daughter's wedding.

-since + S + V ~한 이후로

He has been helping the needy since he moved into this village

-until(till) + S + V ~할때까지

I will love you until I die.

-while + S +V ~하는동안

Strike the iron While it is hot.

-as soon as + S + V ~하자마자

As soon as he comes home, he plays computer games.

목적의 부사절

in order that S may/cna

I stopped working, so that I might concentrate on my study.

-lest S V.R ~하지 않기 위하여

I stood a warning board a hundred meters behind my car lest another car hit mine.

결과의 부사절

so that = so, and so S V 그래서 그 결과에 따라 ~하다

and thus S V 그래서 그 결과

I had enough of him, so I no more wanted him around.

방법의 부사절

as S V ~하듯이 하는 방식대로

Do as the romans do when you are in Rome.

-like S V : ~하듯이

비례의 부사절

-as S V , S V ~할수록 ~하다

As you do more exercist, you need to drink more water.

-the 비교급 S P, the 비교급 S V

The more often you eat vegetable, the less likely you are to have cancer.

조건의 부사절

if S V 만약 ~하다면

If you come to my house, be sure that you carry no weapon.

unless S V 만약 ~하지 않는다면

Unless you are invited, you can not come in.

무상관의 부서절

though, although, even though S V 비록 ~함에도 불구하고

Though he is very young , he is in charge of the department.

even if S V 설령 ~라 해도

Even if he is young, he can't take this task.

정도의 부사절

so 형/부 that S V 매우 형/부 해서

He is so familiar to me (that ) I think we have been friends for long.

such 명 that S V 매우 ~한 명사여서  ~ 할 정도이다

He is such a lazy man that he can't live without delivery services.

부사절 접속사  S be 생략

Though far away from me, he knew what was happening to me.
